Description
This call aims to strengthen innovation procurement capacity across Europe by supporting the creation and expansion of national competence centres and establishing a European-wide network. The action will reinforce cooperation among public procurers, increase the use of pre-commercial procurement (PCP) and public procurement of innovative solutions (PPI), and promote business opportunities for startups and SMEs across Member States and Associated Countries. The initiative will enhance policy support for innovation procurement, foster cross-border buyer groups, and scale up the diffusion of innovative solutions, with a focus on strategic technologies crucial for Europe’s resilience and competitiveness.
