EISMEA at the EU Open Day 2023

For Europe Day (9 May), the EU institutions open their doors to the public in Brussels and Strasbourg

Ahead of #EuropeDay on 9 May which celebrates the Schuman Declaration, the EU institutions traditionally hold festivities by opening their doors to the public. This year, they will open again their doors on Saturday 6 May from 10:00 to 18:00 !

EISMEA is happy to be involved in the celebrations with a stand at the Green Deal Village in the Berlaymont building, which will demonstrate how the European Union contributes to the realisation of the 5 EU Missions in Research and Innovation.

Young visitors, families, and any visitor will be able to meet three initiatives supported by the European Innovation Council and SMEs Executive Agency (EISMEA) of the European Commission:

The EIC project Nevomo is invited in the framework of the EU Mission Cities. They will showcase their MagRail, a technology based on magnetic levitation, linear motor, and autonomous control systems that enables a quick transportation technology within railroads’ systems.
