On 23 November 2023, EISMEA and DG REGIO organized an informative session about the Interregional Innovation Investments (I3) Instrument call for proposals "Strand 2b - Capacity Building in Less Developed Regions."

The purpose of the event was to inform potential applicants about the call for proposals stemming from the Interregional Innovation Investments (I3) Instrument - Strand Cap2b Capacity Building in Less Developed Regions (LDR). A question and answer session was proposed at the end of the info session.
The call had been launched on 15 November 2023, and it had two cutoffs: on 15 February 2024 and 14 November 2024.
