Ex-ante publicity for negotiated procedure for a middle value contract - EIC platform Training

Purpose of this contract is:

(1) provide training and training material to the EIC staff

The contractor will be required to provide:

Trainings and training material to be provided to EIC staff on the utilisation of the EIC platform to develop in-depth knowledge within EISMEA that will support the creation of portfolios by detecting potential disruptive or market-creative innovation among EIC applicants and by qualitatively enhancing their technological validation, which is key for innovators and investors.

Estimated amount: € 138 999.00

Estimated launch date (sending out the invitations): 13/01/2022 - 27/01/2022

Estimated duration of the contract: approximatively six months from its signature

All economic operators interested in participating in this negotiated procedure may express their interest by e-mail to EISMEA-DEPARTMENT-Cec [dot] europa [dot] eu (EISMEA-DEPARTMENT-C[at]ec[dot]europa[dot]eu) not later than 12 January 2022 and 23:59 CET Brussels time.

Economic operators who do not express their interest before the deadline and to the address above will not be invited to submit an offer.

The expression of interest message should not include technical or financial elements of your future offer. Only candidates that will be directly invited at a later stage by EISMEA to submit tenders may participate in this procurement procedure.
