Contract Ref. EISMEA/2021/MV/001 - Study on the definition and development of a system to collect and analyse sectoral data related to non-food products, for a selection of product sectors covered by Regulation 2019/1020

Purpose of this contract is:

The objective of this negotiated procedure for middle value contract is to gain market intelligence for a selection of sectors covered by Regulation 2019/1020, under the form of quantitative data collection. The goal is to be able to prioritise the actions of EU Market Surveillance Authorities, in order to perform efficient and effective product market surveillance actions. To achieve this objective, the setup of a dynamic system to collect, analyse and report relevant sectoral data is indispensable.

Estimated amount: EUR 90.000,00

Estimated launch date (sending out the invitations): 18/08/2021

Estimated duration of the contract: approximatively 12 months from its signature

All economic operators interested in participating in this negotiated procedure for middle value contract may express their interest by e-mail to EISMEA-PPA-21-STUDY-NON-FOODec [dot] europa [dot] eu (EISMEA-PPA-21-STUDY-NON-FOOD[at]ec[dot]europa[dot]eu) not later than 17/09/2021, 17.00 CET Brussels time.

Economic operators who express their interest before the deadline and to the address specified above will be invited to submit an offer.

The expression of interest message should not include technical or financial elements of your future offer. Only candidates that will be directly invited at a later stage by EISMEA to submit tenders may participate in this negotiated procedure for middle value contract.
