Description

The purpose of this contract is:

  1. to establish a partnership so that EIC becomes the official co-sponsor of the Next Unicorn Award at VivaTech conference
  2. to organize a small workshop during the VivaTech conference

 

Estimated amount: EUR 50.000

Period of execution of the contract: Approximately 6 months from its signature

Estimated launch date (sending out the invitations): 11 June 2021

All economic operators interested in participating in this negotiated procedure may express their interest by e-mail to EISMEA-COMMUNICATIONatec [dot] europa [dot] eu (EISMEA-COMMUNICATION[at]ec[dot]europa[dot]eu) no later than 11 June 2021 at 12h CET Brussels time.

Economic operators who do not express their interest before the deadline and to the address above will not be invited to submit an offer.

The expression of interest message should not include technical or financial elements of your future offer. Only candidates that will be directly invited at a later stage by EISMEA to submit tenders may participate in this procurement procedure.
