Support of the Digitalisation of the Built Environment, Public Procurement and SMEs in Construction

The aim of this open call for tenders is the signature of the direct service contract and contribution to the EC efforts in:

1. preparing the ground for a construction data space;

2. supporting the digitalisation of building permit systems to reach higher levels of digital maturity and automatisation of processes;

3. supporting the adoption of Building Information Modeling (BIM) of high maturity, and Open BIM as collaborative process.
