Study on Measuring Product Non-compliance for Selected Sectors Covered by Regulation 2019/1020 in the EU Member States

The general objective of the call for tenders is to develop a study on measuring product non-compliance for the sectors covered by Regulation 2019/1020, including the collection of product market data in the Single Market and the setup of data collection circuits.The specific objective of this call for tenders is to test the application of the proposed methodology — placing particular attention on the data gathering process and the respective challenges – and to provide recommendations on further adaption of this methodology based on lesson learned from the targeted data collection across selected sectors and Member States.The tasks to be carried out by the contractor are further detailed in the tender specifications in section 1.4.
