Call: “Support to joint enforcement actions”

With a budget of EUR 4.000.000 for co-financing, the proposed activities under this call aim to enhance cooperation and coordination among Member States and/or European Free Trade Association (EFTA) countries, which are members of the European Economic Area (EEA) with regard to market surveillance activities and to contribute to the strengthening of operational market surveillance capacities.

The call has two objectives:

1. Keep non-compliant products from the Single Market
2. Support the implementation of Regulation (EU) 2019/1020

Call: "Union market surveillance campaigns and associated activities, including resources and equipment, IT tools and training"

With a budget of EUR 1.257.000 for co-financing, the proposed activities under this call aim to support Market Surveillance authorities of the Member States of the Union and Members of the European Free Trade Association, which are members of the European Economic Area, in the upgrade/development of IT tools used to perform non-food product market surveillance.
